TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MOUNTAINWASHER PRODUCTS
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. Shipping/customs costs may increase if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.
PLACING AN ORDER
Once you have agreed to our Terms & Conditions and have placed an order on line, this will be deemed as a legal purchase between you and us. Orders are dispatched upon receipt of payment. Payment must be completed at the time of Checkout via standard checkout or Paypal. Payments are secure. Once order and payment has been received they cannot be cancelled without express permission by MountainWasher (Kinetic Marketing & Distribution Ltd). We will make every effort to supply you the goods and notify you if we cannot supply for any reason.
REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY
Products purchased on this website have a 30 day return policy from receipt of purchase. Buyer assumes cost of return shipping. The product must be returned in a resalable condition, drained of water, along with all accessories and packaging as purchased originally. Any damages caused by neglect or misuse will not be eligible for a refund. Once the returned product is inspected and approved for resale, a refund will be issued with a 20% restocking fee applicable on all returns. Buyer assumes all shipping costs and risks.
Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Orders cancelled prior to shipping out will be refunded in full. Once payment has been processed and order has shipped, the buyer is responsible for payment and associated shipping costs.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Orders that have been sent through the postal system will be treated as a return after the buyer returns the product and if after inspection by the company is found to be in resalable condition, a refund will be issued less a 20% handling charge. Buyer assumes all shipping costs and risks.
Any injury incurred by you or others from the handling, use, and misuse of the product as outlined in the instruction manual will be your responsibility and MountainWasher (Kinetic Marketing & Distribution Ltd.) will not be liable in any way.
LIMITED WARRANTY – North America
MountainWasher Portable products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials for a period that is shorter than one year from the date that the new MountainWasher product was purchased by you. To register for warranty, please email and provide the model and serial number of the washer purchased.
This limited warranty is not transferable during the warranty period. This warranty only applies provided the product has been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines under normal use and reasonable care (in the opinion of the company). Warranty does not cover damage, malfunction or failure resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, normal wear and tear or used for a purpose for which it was not designed for or suited, and no repairs, alterations or modifications have been attempted by a third party other than a Kinetic Marketing & Distribution Ltd authorized service agent. Kinetic Marketing & Distribution Ltd. reserves the right to repair and or replace at its sole discretion any MountainWasher that is experiencing a defect.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of the defective product back to the seller and for return shipping of repaired or replaced unit to the buyer. In the event of a warranty claim, the buyer must first contact the company for a RA (Return Authorization ) number along with their invoice number and serial number of the defective product as well as a description of the fault. The product must be returned drained of all water and be complete with all accessories and packaging as purchased originally.
This guarantee will not apply if the washer is damaged by accident or if repairs arise from normal wear and tear.
The company accepts no additional liability pursuant to this warranty for costs of traveling or transportation of the product or parts to and from the service dealer or agent - which costs are not included in this warranty.
Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team: firstname.lastname@example.org. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well.
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

When you purchase an item from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, the personal information you entered into our checkout forms, such as your name, address and email address, will be collected. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system via Google Analytics.
